Five spaces. Capacities are seated covers. The hall charge is waived once the guest count passes the stated threshold. The Garden is a lawn, not a hall, and carries a lawn charge with no waiver.

## Policies

**How do we confirm a date?**

A 25% advance confirms the booking, along with a valid CNIC or passport. The balance is due at least two weeks before the event, by cash or crossed cheque.

**Is the hall charge always payable?**

It's waived once you cross the minimum guest count for that venue — 650 for Nova, 450 for Opal, 350 for Cosmo, 150 for Nova Front. Below that, the hall charge applies as listed.

**What about parking?**

700+ parking spaces are available on site, with valet service provided for a seamless arrival and departure experience.

**Heating and air conditioning?**

Heating and air conditioning are available across our indoor venues and the Garden canopy. Both are charged hourly, with exact pricing provided by our representative based on the duration and requirements of your event.

**Can you host multiple events at the same time?**

Yes. Montage can accommodate up to four events simultaneously, with each event managed independently to ensure a seamless experience without disruption from other celebrations taking place across the complex.

## Décor

All décor — stages, aisles, canopies, ceiling treatments and florals — is designed and installed exclusively by Montage's official décor partner, Ilsa Events (https://www.instagram.com/ilsaevents/). Clients brief Ilsa Events directly on the look they want; outside décor teams are not permitted.
